James McNurlan and Adam Richardson are pulling away from the rest of the field, and the two monster stacks got into it with each other on a hand that saw McNurlan open for 1.1 million from the hijack.

Richardson called, and Howard Mash came along on the big blind. The flop came , the action checked to Richardson and he put another 1.1 million in the pot. Mash folded, and McNurlan called.

A bit pot just brought Adam Richardson's stack up within sniffing distance of erstwhile mega-leader Jim McNurlan's (he won several small pots before this one, too). Preflop, Richardson raised to 625,000 and called a button three-bet (1,600,000 total) from Farhad Jamasi.

Turn: . Again Richardson check-called Jamasi's bet, this time 2,200,000 and updating his comment to, "two times."
