Matt Vengrin checked his option and the flop came {8-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}. Strebkov checked, Vengrin bet, Thompson and Deeb folded, and Strebkov made the call.

Heads-up action saw a turn of {2-Hearts} and both players checked. The river came {a-Hearts} and Strebkov bet. Vengrin thought for a few moments before tossing in chips to all.

A few players at the table deduced that Rodriguez would need a three to scoop the whole pot and eliminate Oshiro and sure enough no sooner had the words been spoken, the {3-Spades} hit the river to end Oshiro's tournament in 16th place.

"Card Down" said Shaun Deeb at the table, as Vengrin walked away with his tournament over in 14th place.
