Niveau 29 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Joao Vieira
Joao Vieira

Hand #14: Joao Vieira raised to 255,000 from the cutoff and Jamie O'Connor called from the big blind. The flop fell {8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and O'Connor checked. It was checked behind by Vieira.

The turn was the {q-Hearts} and O'Connor checked again. Vieira checked behind for the second time and the {2-Spades} was dealt on the river. O'Connor put in a bet of 400,000 on the river and Vieira took his time to think his decision through. The Portuguese player ended up folding after multiple minutes had passed.

Hand #15: O'Connor limped from the small blind and Pierre Calamusa checked from the big blind. The flop fell {5-Clubs}{3-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and O'Connor check-called a bet of 125,000 from Calamusa. They both checked on the {k-Hearts} turn and the {9-Diamonds} river came on the board.

O'Connor checked again and Calamusa bet 375,000. That got the job done when Calamusa folded.

Hand #16: O'Connor limped from the button and small blind Calamusa called as well. Vieira checked his option. The flop was {k-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and it checked to O'Connor. Calamusa called from the small blind and Vieira got out of the way.

The {10-Spades} was dealt on the turn and Calamusa checked again. O'Connor took the pot down with a bet of 500,000.

Hand #17: Vieira moved all in from the small blind and Joe Cada folded his big blind.

Hand #18: Vieira raised from the button to 255,000 and Olivier Busquet called from the big blind. The flop was dealt {q-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} and Busquet check-folded to a bet of 250,000.

Hand #8: Joao Vieira raised to 250,00 from the button and won the pot.

Hand #9: Pierre Calamusa raised to 200,000 from under the gun, and Jamie O'Connor called in the big blind to see the {a-Spades}{9-Spades}{8-Spades} flop. O'Connor check-called a 150,000 bet from Calamusa, and the turn revealed the {5-Hearts}. O'Connor checked again, and Calamusa checked behind. The river fell the {j-Clubs}, and O'Connor's 500,000 bet took the pot after Calamusa gave up.

Hand #10: Joao Vieira raised to 225,000, and Calamusa called in the big blind. The {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Spades} flop fell, and both players checked to see the {q-Hearts} turn. Calamusa checked again as did Viera and the river fell the {a-Diamonds}. A third check came from Calamusa, and the Frenchman folded to a 225,000 bet.

Hand #11: O'Connor called for 100,000 on the button, Calamusa completed in the small blind and Vieira checked. The flop fell {4-Spades}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}, and Vieira bet 140,000. Hand #3: Joe Cada raised to 225,000 from the button and Olivier Busquet called from the big blind (there was no small blind this hand). The flop was dealt {9-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}. Busquet checked on the flop and Cada continued with a bet of 150,000. The action was on Busquet again and he raised to 450,000. Cada got out of the way and Busquet picked up the pot.

Hand #4: Cada, once again having the button because of the dead small blind, raised to 225,000 and Busquet called. Jamie O'Connor folded in the big blind. The flop was {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} and both players checked. The turn was the {6-Clubs} and Busquet bet 450,000. Cada folded and Busquet won yet another pot from the 2009 WSOP Main Event Champion.

Hand #5: Cada raised to 225,000 for the third hand in a row and he did so from the cutoff. O'Connor three-bet to 675,000 from the small blind and big blind Pierre Calamusa four-bet all in for his last 2,600,000. Cada got out of the way and O'Connor called.

Jamie O'Connor: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Pierre Calamusa: {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

The flop was {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{4-Clubs} and Calamusa was in good shape to double up. He held on to the lead through the {7-Diamonds} turn and {8-Clubs} river and secured a way back into the action.

Hand #6: Busquet raised to 200,000 from the cutoff and the other players all folded.

Hand #7: Vieira limped from the small blind and big blind Cada checked his option. The flop fell {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} and Vieira bet 100,000. Cada got out of the way.

Barry Hutter
Barry Hutter

Hand #2: Jamie O'Connor raised to 200,000 from the hijack, and Barry Hutter called in the big blind. The flop fell {10-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}, and Hutter checked. O'Connor bet 100,000 and Hutter moved all in for 965,000, which O'Connor called.

Barry Hutter: {10-Spades}{5-Spades}
Jamie O'Connor: {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}

Hutter was behind with second pair against O'Connor's top pair, but the {5-Diamonds} hit the turn to give Hutter the lead with two pair.

The pair waited for the river card to fall, and when it did, Hutter saw his lead reversed as the {4-Clubs} hit to give O'Connor the higher two pair and a lock on the pot.

Hutter departed from the final table in 6th place for $110,127.
