double-paired the board on the turn.
Both players knuckled the table and the 
landed on the river. Gutierrez counted out a bet of 500,000 and Lewis thought for a minute before shoving all in. Lewis had the larger of the two stacks but Gutierrez quickly sent his cards to the muck.
