Hand #152: Alex Livingston opened to 4,500,000 on the button and Ensan called from the small blind, as did Sammartino in the big blind. On a 
flop, the action checked to Livingston and his bet of 4,500,000 was called by Ensan only. The 
appeared on the turn and both players quickly checked.
The 
came on the river and Ensan checked once more, while Livingston bet 4,500,000. Ensan called and the
