A series of raises happened at table #468 in the purple section of the Amazon room which resulted in Stephen Bierman pushing his last 19,200 in the middle. Thomas Larson then pushed his entire stack to the middle as well and it was counted out as 102,500. Andres Korn, who final tabled twice already this series, called for his tournament life as he had 101,300.

Stephen Bierman: {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}
Andres Korn: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}
Thomas Larson: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

The board ran out {8-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{7-Spades} and Korn managed to more than double up his stack. Larson registered at the start of the day and he was off to a good start but is now left with a little over one big blind.

Freestone Check-Jams Turn

Niveau 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

The dealer was collecting around 7,000 from both Glen Freestone in the small blind and a player in the cutoff as preflop action had ended, putting around 16,000 total into the pot.

The flop fell {4-Spades}{7-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} and Freestone bet 10,000. His opponent called.

The turn came {a-Clubs} and Freestone checked. His opponent put in a bet of 18,000 and Freestone announced he was all in, totaling around double the bet. Irrespective of the raise size, the player in the cutoff mucked immediately, sending his cards forcefully along the felt so that they slid right into the muck pile under the dealer's right hand before the pot was shipped Freestone's way.

Nut Flush for Wong

Niveau 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

The board came down {8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{2-Spades}, and the player in the big blind checked before Ralph Wong checked from middle position. The player on the button bet 18,000 and Wong called after a tank fold from the big blind player.

Wong thought for a good 30 seconds after the {10-Diamonds} hit the river before he checked. The player on the button quickly checked behind, and Wong took the pot after revealing {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for the nut flush.

Imsirovic Can't Bluff His Way to a Victory

Niveau 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Ali Imsirovic
Ali Imsirovic

Five players were still in the hand heading to a flop of {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}. The action checked to Randolph Present in middle position who bet 10,000. Ali Imsirovic was the only caller from the big blind and the {8-Hearts} landed on the turn.

Imsirovic checked again and Present checked it back to see the {a-Clubs} on the river. Imsirovic checked once more and Present tossed in a measly 5,000 chips. Imsirovic check-raised to 40,000 and Present snap-called. Present whipped over {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} for a set of tens and Imsirovic mucked his cards.

During the hand, a player at another table stood up and shouted after doubling up. "With enough hallucinogens, anything is possible!"

Just a couple tables away, another player responded, "Keep your pants on!" as the room burst into laughter.
