Vieira Scoops Massive Double vs Lau

Niveau 18 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Joao Vieira
Joao Vieira

Joao Vieira opened to 27,000 in middle position and was called by Amir Mirrasouli on his left and Ka Kwan Lau in the big blind. The flop came {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{2-Spades} and Vieira continued for 50,000. Mirrasouli stepped aside by Lau made the call.

The turn brought the {7-Spades} and Lau checked again. Vieira sized up a bet of 155,000 and Lau thought for a minute before raising the pot. Vieira quickly shoved all in for 694,000 and Lau called.

Vieira turned over {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{k-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} for a set of kings which had Lau drawing to just one out with {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}. The {9-Hearts} completed the board and Vieira held on for a full double up.

Niveau 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Shaun Deeb
Shaun Deeb

In a three-way pot on a board reading {9-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{q-Spades}, Charles Sinn on the button bet 100,000 and Shaun Deeb in the big blind called, while Eddy Nedialkov folded.

Deeb checked on the {3-Hearts} turn and took some time before calling a bet of 300,000 from Sinn.

Deeb checked when the river brought the {3-Clubs} and his opponent checked back. Deeb turned over {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for the nut flush and Sinn mucked.

Nedialkov busted out shortly after the hand.

Le Back From the Brink

Niveau 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Joao Vieira prevailed in a three-way all-in against Amir Mirrasouli which also sent Sebastian Bastian to the rail.

In the meanwhile, Tommy Le doubled and then won a pot off Stephen Chidwick when he bet the {k-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop for 55,000. Chidwick check-folded out of the big blind as Le continues to build on his chip and a chair story.

Crivello Flops a Flush to Triple Up

Niveau 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

On a flop of {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{9-Clubs}, [Removed:508] led out with a bet from the small blind. Nathan Zimnik raised to 125,000 in early position and Bryce Yockey flat-called from the cutoff and Crivello jammed all in for 173,000. The door was not open for another raise, so both players just called.

The turn was the {j-Spades} and Zimnik checked this time. Yockey slid out a bet of 200,000 and Zimnik instantly mucked his cards. Crivello turned over {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{7-Clubs} for a queen-high flush while Yockey held {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{4-Clubs} for a ten-high flush.

The river would not improve Yockey to a full house and Crivello scored himself a triple up.

Stephen Chidwick
Stephen Chidwick

On a flop of {7-Spades}{2-Spades}{2-Hearts}, Stephen Chidwick bet 25,000 in the cutoff and Tommy Le raised to 80,000 on the button, which Chidwick called. The {5-Hearts} on the turn brought a check by Chidwick, which prompted the shove by Le and the all-in call of Chidwick.

Stephen Chidwick: {k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds}
Tommy Le: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}{6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}

The {3-Spades} river didn't matter anymore as Chidwick had already made deuces full of fives and doubled for 187,000.

[Removed:321] Arani then raised to 35,000 and Le called all-in for 23,000, Dylan Weisman called on the button as well. On a {7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop, Arani bet 26,000 and folded to the shove by Weisman.

Tommy Le: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}
Dylan Weisman: {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs}

The {j-Hearts} turn changed nothing yet but Le hit trips on the {7-Spades} river to more than triple up.

"Why Not Me?"

Niveau 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Sebastian Bastian
Sebastian Bastian

Sebastian Bastian limped in from the hijack and Millard Hale potted it up to 54,000 from the cutoff. Amir Mirrasouli flat-called from the big blind and Bastian moved all in for 87,000. The door was closed and both Hale and Mirrasouli called.

The flop came {k-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and Mirrasouli checked to Hale who moved all in for 247,000. Mirrasouli folded and the two remaining hands were tabled.

Sebastian Bastian: {a-Spades}{7-Spades}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}
Millard Hale: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{4-Spades}

"Come on dealer, I need a six!" Bastian cheered. Scott Seiver also pointed out that a deuce would work as well. It was the {6-Clubs} on the turn that gave Bastian a straight and he held through the {q-Hearts} on the river.

"Why not me?! Why not me?!" Bastian shouted. He then proceeded to place his delicate red hat on the dealer.
