Aditya Agarwal chipleader, Romain Lewis en finale

Niveau 28 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Romain Lewis
Romain Lewis

Aditya Agarwal raised to 250,000 from middle position and then called the 300,000 three-bet jam Haribhai Gopaul made from the big blind.

Aditya Agarwal: {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
Haribhai Gopaul: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

Gopaul had Agarwal dominated and nothing changed after the {8-Hearts}{5-Spades}{5-Diamonds} flop hit the felt.

The {4-Clubs} turn was safe for Gopaul and just when things were looking good, the dealer dropped the {j-Clubs} on the river making him the final elimination of the evening.

John Hemme

Aditya Agarwal raised from middle position and John Hemme defended his big blind to see a {j-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop.

Hemme led out with a bet and then called off his 1,250,000 stack after Agarwal raised all in.

John Hemme: {j-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Aditya Agarwal: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

Both players flopped top pair but Hemme had kicker issues and the {4-Spades} turn followed by the {2-Clubs} river gave Agarwal the wheel, ending Hemme's tournament in 10th place for $27,429.

On the first hand of the unofficial final table, Barth Melius shoved for around 1,500,000 and Aditya Agarwal called.

Barth Melius: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}
Aditya Agarwal: {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}

It was a classic coin flip, and luck would be on Melius' side as the board came {a-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{j-Hearts} to double him up with a pair of aces. The two players effectively switched spots on the chip leaderboard.

Stephen Chidwick: {q-Spades}{j-Clubs}

Fleyshman was ahead with his made hand until the {10-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{a-Spades} flop hit the felt giving Chidwick the nuts.

The {a-Clubs} paired the board on the turn giving Fleyshmann a little hop but the {10-Spades} double-paired the board on the river ending his tournament in 11th place for $27,429.
