In a raised pot, the flop showed {8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and Yi Klassen bet from the cutoff after a check from her opponent. A {10-Diamonds} landed on the turn and the same action happened.

When the {5-Spades} came to complete the board, Klassen's opponent checked one last time and ended up folding after a third bet for Klassen.

The river fell a {5-Diamonds} and Deeb quickly check-called again. His opponent tabled {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Deeb showed the winning hand with {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}.

The turn brought a {6-Hearts} and Woodward once again check-called Poonawala's bet.

A {j-Hearts} showed up on the river which Woodward bet and Poonawala called. Woodward flipped his hand over first and had an {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}, going runner-runner flush over Poonawala's {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades} for top pair, ace kicker.

Golden Nugget to Host $1,100 Buy-In, $1,000,000 GTD PokerNews Cup June 24-28

This summer, Golden Nugget Las Vegas will play host to the 14th Annual Grand Poker Series, which features 81 events and offers over $3 million in guaranteed prize money from May 31-July 3. One of those events is the $1,100 buy-in, $1,000,000 Guaranteed PokerNews Cup that will run from June 24-28.

The tournament will feature three starting flights beginning with Day 1a at 11 a.m. PT on Friday, June 24. Days 1b and 1c will take place at the same time on Saturday, June 25, and Sunday, June 26 respectively. The surviving players from each flight will return at Noon on Monday, June 27 to play down to the final table, which will play out at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28.

Lancaster Takes One From Rocco

The flop fell {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{2-Spades} and Rocco raised a bet from Lancaster, who made the call. On the {6-Diamonds} turn, Lancaster checked this time. Rocco send a bet in the middle and Lancaster considered it for a minute before calling.

The river showed the {3-Clubs} and Lancaster bet, called by Rocco who revealed {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts} in his hand. However, the pot was sent to Lancaster who had the best hand with {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}.
