Battle of the Blinds Between Rocco and Smith

Niveau 6 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante
Michael Rocco
Michael Rocco

The action folded to Dylan Smith who raised his small blind. Michael Rocco quickly re-raised, followed by another raise from Smith and a call from Rocco.

The flop {4-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{5-Spades} showed up and Smith bet before calling a raise from Rocco. When the turn brought the {4-Hearts}, Smith bet again and Rocco just called.

The {k-Spades} completed the board on the river and Smith sent a last bet in the middle. Rocco quickly raised it and Smith didn't take long to make the fold.

Graham's Pocket Pair Improves to Straight

Niveau 6 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante

Steven Graham, from the cutoff, reraised the hijack's bet of 2,000 before the button put in a fourth bet. The hijack made it an even 5,000 to continue, and received calls from three players, including Graham.

The hijack continued with a small bet on the {4-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} flop. Graham called before the button raised. After the big blind got out of the way, the hijack and Graham both made the call.

The button fired out a big bet on the {6-Hearts} turn, getting two callers. On the {10-Hearts} river, it was Graham who fired the big bet, also receiving two callers. Graham turned over {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}, good for the 10-high straight, and the pot.

Carey Adds One to His Stack

Niveau 5 : 800/1,600, 0 ante

In a four-way re-raised pot with already more than 10,000 in the middle, the flop read {3-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{a-Hearts} when the small blind player checked, followed by Ash Gupta in the big blind, Jon Carey and the cutoff.

The {9-Clubs} fell on the turn and it checked to Carey who bet. Only the small blind stayed in the pot and the {3-Clubs} was revealed on the river. The small blind check-called again Carey and the latter tabled {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}, which was good enough to make his opponent muck.
