On the button, Anthony Marsico raised to 51,000. Eelis Parssinen folded the big blind as did the other two players after a few moments of thought from each.

Kornuth Back Above the Starting Stack

Aaron Katz and Chance Kornuth invested 8,700 each to see a flop of {7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} on which Kornuth bet just 5,000. It was still enough to win the pot without any resistance as Katz quickly sent his cards into the muck.

Noah Schwartz raised the pot to 2,800 and was called only by Dylan Smith in the big blind on a table that now also includes Sean Winter. On the {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop, Smith check-called for 3,500 and the {6-Clubs} turn went check, check.

After the {5-Spades} river, Smith bet 8,200 and that won the pot uncontested.

Kornuth and Katz Dance Around Straight Heavy Board

Action was on a flop of {4-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. From the cutoff, Chance Kornuth called the under the gun bet of 5,000 from Aaron Katz.

The board got scarier as the turn was the {6-Diamonds} and the river the {a-Clubs} as both players checked on each card.

Katz announced tens and flashed the {10-}{10-} while Kornuth tabled the {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades} flopped set to win the pot and get a few chips back from his recent dip in stack.

Razavian Out and Back In

The cards and board was already scooped up by the dealer as Parviz Razavian was sent to the rail by Laszlo Bujtas. However, with a smile on the face, Razavian promised the tournament staff that he'd rebuy and come back shortly.

Sure enough he drew the very same table and was involved in a big pot once more. On the three-way turn of {9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}, Max Kruse checked out of the big blind and Razavian bet the pot for 42,000. Krasimir Yankov called from one seat over and Kruse folded.

After the {3-Spades} river, Razavian bet 55,000 and called a raise by Yankov to chop the pot with {q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{2-Spades} versus {k-Spades}{j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}.

After the {k-Hearts} river, both checked again and Heritsch tabled the {j-Spades}{10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{4-Spades} for the nut straight in order to win the pot.
