Asadoorian's Aces Hold

Niveau 4 : 200/400, 400 ante

The under-the-gun player had moved all in for 5,700 and the cutoff had called when Adam Asadoorian announced a raise to 35,000. As he did so, he told the all-in player that he was doing so to make sure they had a heads-up showdown. This worked, as nobody else called the raise.

Opponent: {7-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Adam Asadoorian: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}

"I've lost to that hand before," Asadoorian shared, "with aces."

The {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{9-Spades} flop gave Asadoorian a full house before the {a-Diamonds} turn gave him an even better full house. The {10-Spades} changed nothing, and Asadoorian scooped the pot while his opponent gathered his things and left the table.

Estafanous Chips Up with a Straight

Niveau 4 : 200/400, 400 ante

Joining the action on the flop four-ways the board was {j-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades}. Action checked to the cutoff who bet 3,000. All three players called.

The turn was the {10-Spades} and the small blind led all in for 700. Boulos Estafanous, who was in early position, moved all in for 8,700. The cutoff folded and the button went into the tank before folding, later saying he had a pocket pair. The small blind mucked his hand as Estafanous turned over {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for the nuts as he won a big pot.

Mantin Flops Top Pair for Knockout

Niveau 4 : 200/400, 400 ante

A raise to 800 from middle position got a call from late position before Mitchell Mantin put in a reraise to 10,000 from the small blind. The original aggressor moved all in for 11,800, and after a fold from late position, Mantin put in the call with his opponent covered.

Opponent: {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}
Mitchell Mantin: {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}

His opponent was ahead, but that would not last long as Mantin's ace connected with the {9-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{a-Clubs} flop. The {3-Spades} turn and {7-Diamonds} river affected neither player's hand. Mantin's top pair was still good, and he scooped the pot while his opponent was sent to the rail.

Le Rivers Trips for Double Up

Niveau 4 : 200/400, 400 ante

Hai Le shoved for 10,300 from under the gun. He got one caller, the cutoff, who had him covered.

Hai Le: {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Cutoff: {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

"I can beat that," his opponent said upon seeing Le's hand, "for now," he continued after a brief pause.

Both players made a pair on the {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} flop, which put Le ahead. The board finished out {4-Clubs}{j-Spades}, improving Le's hand to three-of-a-kind, and offering no help to Le's opponent.

"I can no longer beat that," the cutoff said, as he tossed the chips he had called with towards Le.

Niveau 3 : 200/300, 300 ante

The heads-up action was picked up with a pot of around 6,000 and a flop of {j-Spades}{k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}. Kathy Liebert led from the big blind for 5,000. Her opponent made the call from middle position.
