Blink And You'll Miss It! Event #62: $1,500 Super Turbo Bounty Concludes at 3 p.m.

While slated to be a one-day affair, Event #62: $1,500 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold'em Freezeout was such a roaring success with 2,569 entrants (up from 1,441 last year), that an extra day is needed to crown a winner. Only 20 hopefuls are left standing, and they'll return at 3 p.m. to the WSOP's new home at Bally's and Paris Las Vegas to play down to a winner today.

It's a classic blink-and-you'll-miss-it day; with 20-minute levels throughout, action will be shifted in the highest gear right off the bat and a winner can be expected to be crowned in the span of a few hours.

Going into the day, big stacks John Bredengerd (8,500,000), David Sanchez (6,850,000) and Shaun Colquhoun (5,500,000) find themselves in the best position to claim the coveted bracelet and $301,396 (plus a slew of bounties) that awaits the winner.

Bounty hunter Chris Fraser already collected 22 (!) bounties worth $500 each along the way, but bagged 1,350,000 in chips to put him toward the bottom of the pack as cards go back in the air.

Chris Fraser Eliminated in 16th Place ($13,841)

Niveau 32 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Chris Fraser
Chris Fraser

Four players committed 500,000 apiece to see a flop of {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{3-Clubs}. Some action resulted in only Harpreet Padda and Chris Fraser seeing the {10-Hearts} turn, at which point the former checked and the latter moved all in. Padda snap-called and the cooler was revealed.

Harpreet Padda: {a-Clubs}{2-Clubs}
Chris Fraser: {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}

Fraser had flopped top set but it was no good as Padda had flopped the nut flush. Fraser needed the board to pair on the river, but it didn't happen as the {9-Spades} bricked instead.

Fraser, who said he collected 25 bounties throughout the tournament, had to settle for 16th place and $13,841 in prize money.

After losing most of his chips with ace-nine to pocket queens, Jae Lee was left with 75,000. He managed to spin that up to 850,000 before getting it all in over the top of a 600,000 open. Ken Drewry then isolated by jamming over the top and the original raiser folded.

Ken Drewry: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Jae Lee: {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

The board ran out {j-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{8-Spades}{q-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and Lee's comeback came up short.

Sanada got out of the way and Bednar didn't want to get involved as well. Bredengerd quickly flicked in a calling chip once back on him.

Dimitre Dimitrov: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
John Bredengerd: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

The board came down {7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{4-Clubs} to make Dimitrov the second person eliminated on the final table.
