Bullock Befuddles Voreland

Benjamin Voreland was deep in the tank facing a bet of 500,000 from Jason Bullock on a board that read J♠A♣7♠8♠6♦.

Voreland tried his best to put it together and ultimately landed on a fold. Bullock had some fun showing his hand, which including the 9♠ but did not have a flush. "I knew you were bluffing!" said Voreland, who moments later said he had the nut straight. Bullock had a worse straight and managed to bluff Voreland off his.

Christopherson Goes For Some

Global Poker Grand Prix Turbo Series Montreal Edition Runs June 16-18

The board ran out 7♦10♣2♥7♠J♥ and the kings became kings up for Coon, which bested the jacks up for Teisseire and the frenchman was eliminated in tenth place.
