Foxen Maneuvers Through Wood's Obstacles

Niveau 7 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Johan Guilbert raised to 10,000 from the middle position and was called by Nick Petrangelo in the cutoff. Barry Woods then made it 40,000 to go on the button, which only Petrangelo called.

The flop fell 926 and saw Woods continue for 20,000. Petrangelo came along for the 2 turn, which they both checked.

On the Q river, Woods fired 56,000 chips. That was not enough for Petrangelo, who jammed in his stack of 169,000 chips. Woods gave it some consideration but eventually let it go, leaving the sizable pot to Petrangelo.

Lin and Lonis Laugh After Looking at Cards

Niveau 6 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

After an earlier open to 8,000 chips, Ren Lin three-bet to 30,000 from the small blind. Jesse Lonis inquired after the numbers before four-betting to 84,000.

The action folded back to the theatrical Lin, who slammed his 5 face-up on the table before folding. Lonis shoved the card in between his own and showed Lin all three.

The table asked Lin what he was shown, to which he answered that Lonis had four-bet with 6x4x, and gave his neighbour a friendly slap on the shoulder.
