Barbero Win a Flip to Eliminate Perkins

Niveau 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Nacho Barbero
Nacho Barbero

Nacho Barbero opened from middle position to 40,000 and was three-bet by the button to 110,000. Randy Perkins was in the big blind and shoved for 215,000, then Barbero announced a four-bet of 320,000, which got the button to fold.

Randy Perkins: 88 All in
Nacho Barbero: AQ

"Flipaments," said a player at the table.

Indeed it was a flip and it went Barbero's way as he paired his ace on the 5KAJ3 runout, which eliminated Perkins.

Lococo Shows Frank the Nuts

Niveau 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Alejandro Lococo
Alejandro Lococo

A pot of around 400,000 was already in the middle as Christopher Frank and Alejandro Lococo went heads-up to the river on a board of 2AQ102. Lococo then slid forward a tower of chips, enough to put Frank all in.

Frank tanked for several minutes until he called for his last 520,000. Lococo showed KJ for the nut straight and Frank went to muck his hand, but the dealer retrieved A10 before Frank made his exit.

Last Break of the Night

Niveau 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Luis Vazquez

The field is now down to 585, according to the clock, as the players go on their final 20-minute break of the night. They will come back to play two more hours before bagging for Day 5.

Level 19 had many highlights to choose from. Here are just a few of them:

Gonzalez Busts Gill and Daniels

Niveau 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Cody Daniels
Cody Daniels

Robert Gill was facing the prospect of losing half of his stack to the big blind and ante, and he moved all in from under the gun. Cody Daniels then moved all-in over the top for around 330,000, and behind them, Andres Gonzalez called and put both at risk.

Robert Gill: 96 All in
Cody Daniels: JJ All in
Andres Gonzalez: AA

Before the cards were flipped over, Daniels used his one-time, but all hope of an even deeper run evaporated on the A82 flop. The 9 turn left both shorter stacks drawing dead ahead of the 5 river, and the table broke right after.

One year ago, Daniels finished in 635th place, surpassing that result with a 590th place for $32,500.

Jingwei Guo raised the cutoff to 30,000 and Abid Riaz called from the button. Cameron Mixson then three-bet to 170,000 from the small blind, and Guo shoved for 590,000. Riaz got out of the way, and after a long time, Mixson tossed his cards away.

Yi Kat Klassen

Yi Klassen was all in off the flop of Qx7x10x against a player easily covering her.

Yi Klassen: AxKx All in

Someone at the table called for the jack of hearts and sure enough the J came off to give her broadway. The river was the Q and Klaasen gathered her double through unlikely means.

Niveau 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Kavin Shah had raised to 230,000 in early position and was called by the hijack.
