Welcome to Event #29: $2,500 No-Limit Hold’em. Beginning at 11:00 a.m. players will have yet another chance at a bracelet in this three-day event.

Last year’s champion was Michael Gagliano from the United States. He took home his first WSOP gold bracelet and the biggest live win of his career, collecting $448,463 for his victory.

Day 1 will begin in just one short hour with play scheduled to last 10 levels. The $2,500 buy-in gets players 12,500 chips with which to start. There will be a 20-minute break every two levels and a 90-minute dinner break after Level 6. Late registration is expected to close after 8 levels, around 9.30 p.m.
