With the board reading {9-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{4-Spades}, Dmitry Yurasov had a bet of 75,000 in front of him on the button, Kristen Bicknell had 75,000 in front of her in the small blind, and Sam Stein had moved all in for 157,000 total. Action was on Yurasov and he called. Bicknell called too and Yurasov and Bicknell were now heads up for a potential side pot.

The turn was the {A-Diamonds} and they both checked. They also checked the {Q-Hearts} river and Stein showed {Q-Spades}{9-Spades} for two pair, queens and nines.

Bicknell's {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds} was tabled and so was Yurasov's {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}.

"Oh my god. How the hell did I pull that off" Stein asked when he saw the hands tabled, and he collected the pot for the triple up.

Grafton was holding {10-}{10-} but was racing against Stein's {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}. The board ran out {A-Hearts}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and that was good to earn Stein the pot and secured the elimination of Grafton.

For $100, You Too Can See Dan Smith's Hand

Niveau 18 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Dan Smith

With a board of {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}, Dan Smith and Eric Wasserson were in the midst of a big pot. There was already more than 100,000 in the middle of the table. Wasserson, who was in the big blind, had checked over to Smith. Smith put out a bet of 80,000 from the hijack. This put Wasserson in the tank.

"Will you show if I fold?" Wasserson asked, smiling.

Smith said something about the question, then decided on a price.

"One hundred dollars," Smith said.

Wasserson thought about the number for a while. "You seem nervous to me," he said.

"You look..." Dan Smith started. "You were giving me a weird look."

"You can't even talk you're so nervous!" Wasserson said. "'You look, you just look.' You definitely don't have it."

"Then you should shove," Smith said.

"Yeah but I don't really have it either," Wasserson replied. Eventually, Wasserson settled on a fold, and Smith took down the pot. Smith held onto his hand for a little bit, waiting to see if Wasserson would pay.

"Come on Charlie. Pay it!" Wasserson said to Charlie Carrel who had been sweating the hand from an adjacent table.

"I don't need to pay it," Carrel said. "I already know what he had."

"But you wouldn't tell him would you?" Smith asked, to which Carrel shook his head.

"I had a king," Wasserson said.

"Stop," Smith said.

"I did," Wasserson continued. "I didn't have a good king, but I had a king."

Wasserson Removes Karamanishvili After the Bubble

After a preflop confrontation, Levan Karamanishvili was all in and at risk. He was called by Eric Wasserson who had a covering stack.

Wasserson: {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts}
Karamanishvili: {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs}

"Hearts!" Wasserson cheered before the flop. The flop came {4-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} giving Wasserson a big lead in the hand. The {K-Clubs} on the turn gave Karamanishvili a few outs to the straight, but the {9-Spades} on the river changed nothing and Wasserson was able to secure the knock out.

"Now that's what I'm talking about," Wasserson said stacking his chips after the hand.
