Niveau 4 : 100/200, 0 ante

Dario Alioto raised to 550 and picked up one caller before Rolf Galasen three-bet to 2,500 on the button. Alioto called and the other player folded. After the {J-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop, Alioto checked and called the shove of Galasen for 3,825.

Rolf Galasen: {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{3-Hearts}
Dario Alioto: {Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{8-Hearts}

The {2-Spades} turn was a blank, but Alioto got there with the {J-Hearts} river to improve to trips jacks. Alioto has 21 WSOP cashes for $1,141,207, a WSOP bracelet and is a mixed game specialist.

Benjamin Benoit busted to Anatoliy Zyrin while Chris Ferguson and Chris Moneymaker are on their next bullet.

Jachtmann Folds to Leah

Niveau 3 : 75/150, 0 ante
Jan-Peter Jachtmann
Jan-Peter Jachtmann

Ethem Tosun was part of a three-way all in after a flop of {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} and managed to bump his stack back to where he started with after chopping with {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs} against two opponents that held {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{4-Spades} and {Q-Clubs}{J-Spades}{9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}. The {7-Clubs} turn and {K-Diamonds} river were blanks and thw two nut straights split it up.

Mike Leah and Jan-Peter Jachtmann got into a raising war on the {9-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop and the pot-sized bet of the German for 1,500 was raised by Leah, who left himself around 2,700 behind. Jachtmann called and then folded on the {Q-Hearts} turn when Leah moved all in. Leah showed {6-Clubs}{6-Spades} with a big grin and added "and a flush."

In the meanwhile, Ryan Hughes has added another stack to his growing tower and is the early chip leader.

Boatman Gambles to Bust Ramos and Lakhov

Niveau 3 : 75/150, 0 ante
Barny Boatman
Barny Boatman

Barny Boatman raised to 400 and Felipe Ramos three-bet to 1,400. Alexander Lakhov four-bet the size of the pot with little behind and Boatman joked "okay I gamble" before moving all in after Ramos' and Lakhov's friendly chatter about the re-entry format ensured that all three stacks would go in preflop.

Felipe Ramos: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}
Alexander Lakhov: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades}
Barny Boatman: {J-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}

"Oh, I have two suits," Boatman said after discovering the hands of his opponents and the board ran out {8-Clubs}{5-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} to give the defending champion two pair. Ramos was the shortest stack with 4,325 to bust and Boatman had 7,650 to cover Lakhov. It is very likely that Ramos and Lakhov will be joining the action again shortly.

Wirth Busts Two

Niveau 3 : 75/150, 0 ante

Roland Wirth started well and just sent two opponents to the rail in consecutive hands. The first one was in fact reduced to all but 25 chips after being unable to beat Wirth's {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Hearts} on the river of a board {8-Spades}{5-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and left the table to forfeit his miracle chip and a chair.

The next hand, Wirth raised to 300 and Vivian Saliba three-bet to 1,000. Wirth made it 2,500 to go and Saliba called. On the {9-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop, Wirth bet 5,000 and Saliba called before calling all in on the {5-Clubs} turn.

Robert Wirth: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{2-Hearts}
Vivian Saliba: {Q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}

The {6-Spades} river was a blank and Saliba was covered to head straight to the registration desk for the next bullet.
