There are currently 114 players left of a field of 166 as we approach the first break.
There have been 39 re-entries meaning that it is a unique field of 127.
Late registration is open for another four levels so plenty of time for the field to get close to and even exceed Day 1A's figure of 217.
The board read and Barny Boatman, the defending champion, had already bet 2,700 from the big blind in a sizable pot. The player on the button shoved all in to give Boatman a decision to make. He considered his options for a bit, tried to figure out what his opponent could have and then eventually called.
Button:
Barny Boatman:
Boatman's opponent had a bigger boat and the Brit was off to the cashier's desk to reenter.
The players have just gone for their first 15-minute break of the day.
Chris Moneymaker doubled up just before the break with on a board. Other big stacks include John Racener and Christopher Back, who are both seated at the same table.
