With some 12,000 already in the middle and the board showing {K-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades}{6-Spades}, Rex Clinkscales from under the gun and [Removed:423] from two seats over. Leonardo Romeo moved all in for 4,000 and Clinkscales called.

Mathow was in the think tank and Clinkscales asked "Do you have king ten or king queen? One of the two?" Mathow folded {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs} face up and Clinkscales showed {A-Hearts}{J-Clubs} for second pair and Romeo mucked {Q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for the busted open-ended straight draw.

Value for Mathow

On the four-way flop of {K-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}, [Removed:423] bet 300 from early position and Oleksandr Karpachov raised to 900. One player as well as Rex Clinkscales in the big blind folded and Mathow called. The {9-Hearts} turn was checked and Mathow bet small for 300 on the {10-Spades} river. "Easy call," he said to Karpachov, who indeed called and then mucked when Mathow showed {J-Hearts}{10-Clubs}.

The same table also features Anatoliy Zyrin, who has been cut down to around half the starting stack thus far.

Targa Hits the Rail

On the tail end of a hand between Pietro Errante and Petr Targa, the latter shoved the river of a board {9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{K-Clubs}. Errante snap-called and Targa flipped over {K-Spades}{7-Clubs} for two pair, while Errante had {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} for a set of kings.

Petrushevskii Busts Again

Only minutes after buying back in for the second bullet, Sergei Petrushevskii was eliminated for a second time and will have to wait until 6 p.m. for the second flight of the day in order to take another shot at the €2,000,000 guaranteed prize pool.

Francisco Quevedo also busted, while Liang Feng did so before immediately re-entering.

Boatman Shoves the Flop

With more than 7,500 already in the middle, the flop showed {7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and Konstantinos Tsirakidis as well as Jean-Noel Thorel checked to Barny Boatman. The two-time WSOP bracelet winner moved all in and Tsirakidis quickly folded. Thorel asked for a count and the shove of Boatman was for 6,500, which had the Frenchman covered to enforce a fold.

Aleksandar Tomovic is back in action after surrendering his short stack at the end of a starting day, having lost a 250,000 pot at the very end. Tomovic has started well into Day 1e thus far.

Players are allowed to re-enter once per starting day and among the first to do so on Day 1e were Roland Israelashvili and Sergei Petrushevskii. The latter busted in a three-way all in with Gerhard Schubert and Shabtai Koren, as Koren turned two pair and rivered a full house with {9-Hearts}{8-Spades}.

Next to Koren sits Luis Dono, who already cashed in two events of the 2017 World Series of Poker here in Rozvadov.

Freitez Shows Top Pair

After a raise to 400, Jesper Hansen called and Ivan Freitez three-bet to 1,200. Sergei Petrushevskii called from one seat over and the initial raiser as well as Hansen came along. On the {K-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} flop, the action checked to Freitez and his bet of 4,200 forced quick folds from opponents, Freitez flashed {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} for top pair and top kicker.

Markus Guazzone and Pietro Errante built their stacks on the same table as Fabrice Soulier and Jean-Noel Thorel while Petr Targa was spotted all in and at risk before the flop. Soulier and Errante were still to act with the flop showing {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{4-Spades} and Errante bet 2,500 from the cutoff. Soulier moved all in and the Italian folded, claiming he had ace-nine.

The {7-Hearts} turn was a blank, but the {6-Hearts} on the river gave Targa a winning set and he more than tripled up his short stack.
