Kastle Eliminated by Della Longa

Niveau 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Casey Kastle moved all in for 14,600 from the hijack and Davide Della Longa reshoved for a few big blinds more from the button. One of the players in the blinds asked for a count, but ended up folding.

Casey Kastle: {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts}
Davide Della Longa: {K-Clubs}{J-Spades}

Kastle had the best of it preflop, but Della Longa turned the nut straight on the board {Q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{7-Hearts}{A-Spades}{4-Clubs} to send the Slovenian to the rail.

Registration for Day 1D Closed

Niveau 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Since level 11 is well underway, the registration for the fourth flight has officially closed and tournament staff will now verify the total number of entries and create the separate Day 1D prize pool. It is expected that the top 25 or top 26 spots get paid, as the fourth flight is just three entries shy of the Day 1B field from last night.

Yakimov Busts Two; Kabrhel Thriving

Niveau 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Rene Crha
Rene Crha

Rene Crha raised and Plamen Yakimov three-bet small in the cutoff. Micky Blasi moved all in for 7,300 on the button and Crha called. Yakimov asked if he was allowed to raise due to the bet sizes and that was confirmed. He moved all in and Crha almost beat him into the pot.

Micky Blasi: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}
Rene Crha: {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}
Plamen Yakimov: {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}

While Crha had the best of it before the flop, that all but changed on the {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{5-Diamonds} flop. Suddenly, he was drawing to running straight cards or the two remaining kings in the deck. Both the {3-Hearts} turn and the {9-Clubs} river were blanks and that was it for Crha, who was covered by Yakimov.

Martin Kabrhel doubled with a flush and then proceeded to knock out Roland Israelashvili to essentially triple his stack since late-registering.

Jan Gompers: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}
Jaroslav Peter: {J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}

The board came {Q-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{9-Spades}{5-Hearts} and Gompers doubled.

Anson Tsang
Anson Tsang

Martin Kabrhel raised to 2,400 from early position and picked up two callers in Pavel Kovalenko and Korbinian Sonnenholzner. Anson Tsang moved all in out of the big blind and Kabrhel started his usual chatter, but folded with the words "I surrender." Kovalenko also folded, however, Sonnenholzner called.

Anson Tsang: {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}
Korbinian Sonnenholzner: {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

The board came {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{J-Spades} and Tsang's pocket pair held up.

Aiguo Xu: {A-Spades}{7-Diamonds}
