Pidun Wins One; Loses One

Niveau 12 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Thomer Pidun opened to 35,000 and earned one call by Oleh Okhotskyi. Dzmitry Urbanovich then moved all-in and two quick folds, the pot was shipped to Urbanovich.

One hand later, Pidun raised to 32,000 and Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier called out of the big blind. The {j-Clubs}{4-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop saw Grospellier with the chip and a continuation bet did the trick for Pidun.

Tran Chips Up; Davul Busts

Niveau 11 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Vehbi Davul

Tony Tran checked out of the big blind on the {a-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{3-Spades}{7-Diamonds} turn and then called a bet worth 36,000 by Matas Cimbolas on the button. The {4-Diamonds} river was checked and Tran's {a-Clubs}{2-Spades} ended up as the winning hand.

One hand later, Vehbi Davul got his last 34,000 in from under the gun and Fahredin Mustafov three-bet to 70,000 from one seat over. All other players got out of the way and the cards were flipped over.

"I only saw one card," Davul said and then exposed {q-Hearts}{q-Spades} with genuine surprise. Mustafov was trailing with the {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} but got there on the {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} board.

Pidun Doubles Through Camosci

Niveau 11 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Thomer Pidun had been a short stack not long ago but he has since doubled and repeated the same feat once more. This time, he was at risk and dominated with the {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}. Enrico Camosci only needed to fear an ace while holding {q-Spades}{q-Hearts} and that's exactly what appeared on the {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts} runout.

Guilbert Doubles Through Schemion

Niveau 11 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

On a completed board of {j-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades}{5-Hearts} with some 140,000 in the middle, Johan Guilbert checked his option out of the big blind. Ole Schemion then bet 300,000 on the button and Guilbert called all-in for 157,000. Schemion revealed the {a-Hearts}{10-Clubs} but Guilbert doubled with the {a-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}.

Niveau 11 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Armando D'Avanzo

Armando D'Avanzo was all-in preflop, and both Michal Mrakes and Vehbi Davul both put in 40,000 on the {6-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{7-Clubs} flop and the players both checked the {10-Clubs} turn.

The river was the {9-Spades} and Mrakes bet 78,000. Davul deliberated before eventually folding. Mrakes tabled {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for a straight, and D'Avanzo mucked and exited the tournament area.

Fritz Sent to the Rail as Westmorland Takes the Lead

Niveau 11 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

"What a check on the river," Martin Kabrhel said as the stack of Jordan Westmorland was counted. The American was the winner with {a-Hearts}{a-Spades} for the top set on a {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Spades}{j-Clubs} board and his stack was deemed to be for 724,000 total. Manuel Fritz already had his cards mucked and was covered to hit the rail. It was confirmed by the table that Fritz ended up second best with a set of sixes.

Julien Martini defended his big blind against a cutoff raise by Martin Kabrhel and check-called the {k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades}{5-Clubs} turn for 75,000. The {6-Diamonds} river brought a four-card straight on the board and Martini checked once more. Kabrhel now bet 150,000 and Martini sent his cards into the muck.

Grospellier Doubles Through Gutierrez

Niveau 10 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier
Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier

On a completed board of {k-Spades}{j-Spades}{2-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{q-Hearts}, Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier was all-in for just under 200,000 and he only needed to get through Elias Gutierrez. The Spaniard was deep in the tank and the clock was called on him. With one second remaining, Gutierrez flicked in a call and Grospellier tabled {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} for a full house.

Gutierrez mucked his cards but the dealer briefly exposed what appeared to be {k-}{8-}.
