Le gros match France - Allemagne de samedi a tourné en faveur des Français. Romain le Dantec a conquis son premier bracelet après un dernier duel contre Sonny Franco, c'est le 32e bracelet WSOP pour la France!

Finaliste et 5e de l'Event #9 plus tôt dans le festival, Romain le Dantec a triomphé sur l'Event #13 6-Max à 10 000€ pour un peu plus de 200 000€. Cette semaine lui aura permis d'être le 28e Français vainqueur aux WSOP et de passer la barre des 300 000$ de gains en carrière.

Romain le Dantec est le 28e Français sacré aux WSOP, les tricolores ont gagné 9 fois en 2021 sur une épreuve des World Series Of Poker!

Les rescapés étaient assurés d'un gain de 34 507€ et Chris Puetz n'a pas tardé à mettre son short stack au milieu avec mais Jakob Miegel s'est réveillé avec pour se charger de son compatriote.

Romain Le Dantec et Sonny Franco s'échangeaient la tête du tournoi,mais le petit prince de Marrakech profitait du scalp de l'Allemand pour reprendre le trône.

Après deux éliminations allemandes, Bertrand Grospellier a du abandonner ses espoirs de rejoindre Julien Martini et ses trois titres WSOP. ElkY reste à deux breloques après avoir été sorti au pied du podium par Jakob Miegel. Le Français a 3-bet shove et perdu avec contre puisque Miegel n'avait plus grand chose à rajouter...

Ils n'étaient donc plus que trois en lice à la première pause du jour et un tout petit peu plus que deux heures de jeu. Jakob Miegel avait 50 blindes contre 42 à Sonny Franco et 30 à Romain Le Dantec. Les trois joueurs se sont rapidement retrouvés avec plus ou moins le même tapis et c'est finalement Franco qui a pris l'ascendant.

Miegel a lui partagé contre chez le Dantec avant de tomber à 9 blindes et de tout mettre de grosse blinde avec . Romain le Dantec payait avec après avoir du bouton et frappait un au flop pour provoquer le premier duel 100% tricolore de l'histoire des World Series Of Poker!

Romain le Dantec et Sonny Franco ont débuté le match au coude à coude avec 30 blindes chacun. En 20 minutes, Romain le Dantec va passer la seconde et rafler la mise en poussant son adversaire à tapis avec sur un tableau . Franco now checked once more and Le Dantec bet 225,000. The check-raise to 650,000 by Franco followed and he had some 1.6 million behind. Le Dantec moved all-in for 4,715,000 and Franco called for the 2,230,000 at his disposal.

The river completed the board, failing to improve Franco and ending his run in 2nd place for €128,096. Le Dantec prevailed to earn his maiden gold bracelet and takes home €207,267 for the efforts.
