Tsang Loses His Crown

Tsang left only one orange 1,000 chip behind and Peters instantly moved all in. Tsang tossed in his last chip and showed A♠Q♠J♥7♠ for two pair, but Peters had A♥K♥4♦3♦ for a straight.

The river came the 8♣ and Tsang, the two-time and defending champion of this event, was sent to the rail short of the money as Peters raked in more chips to add to his stack, which he has painstakingly organized in a symmetrical pattern.

Omar Eljach limped in and then called a pot-sized raise to 24,000 by Wieser in the blinds. On the J♥6♥6♠ flop, Wieser jammed for the last 32,000 and Eljach grinned before folding.

"This time, I had the jack and flush draw," Wieser mentioned in the table chat.
