Fabian Gumz Eliminated in 9th Place (€93,900)

Niveau 28 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Fabian Gumz
Fabian Gumz

Fabian Gumz raised to 320,000 from the hijack and Ran Ilani three-bet to 950,000 out of the big blind. Gumz pondered for a while before four-bet jamming for 2,920,000. Ilani snap-called.

Fabian Gumz: KQ All in
Ran Ilani: AA

Gumz had run into top of range and needed to find something or he would be the first to exit the final table. The flop of 628 didn't help Gumz, and meant he needed running cards to survive. However, the 5 turn left him drawing dead as an inconsequential 8 hit the river, and Gumz was out in ninth.

Velvelt Makes Best Hand Fold

Niveau 28 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

David Hochheim found 1010 in middle position and raised to 320,000. Urmo Velvelt called on the button with 75, and they went heads up to a flop of A56.

Hoccheim continued with a bet of 250,000, which Velvelt called with his bottom pair. The 3 came in on the turn. Hoccheim slowed down and checked to Velvelt, who took the initiative and bet 600,000.

Hochheim chucked in a time bank and his pocket tens followed not lang after, surrendering the pot to Velvelt.

Luka Bojovic open-jammed from middle position. It then folded to Simone Andrian in the small blind, who tossed in the call.

Luka Bojovic: A9 All in
Simone Andrian: AJ

Bojovic was dominated, and when Andrian paired his jack on the Q26J turn, he was drawing dead. The K river was rendered meaningless as Bojovic said his goodbyes and departed from the final table.
