We joined the action on the river as Morten Mortensen was easing his chips-stack into the middle after an all-in from Pavel Veksler. The board read and while Veksler had rivered two-pair with the , Mortensen had rivered the straight, holding .
The Danish pro was down to just 15 big blinds not too long ago, but after a raise and take in the next hand, he has just crept over the million-chip mark.
Stephen Malone opened to 27,000 from the cutoff. Jason Koon three-bet to 76,000 from the small blind, and Jerome Sgorrano moved all in for 232,000 from the big blind. Malone folded, Koon called right away.

The board missed Sgorrano, eliminating him from the Main Event
On a flop of , Jason Mercier bet 23,000. Pavel Veksler check-raised to 64,000, Mercier clicked it back to 129,000, and Veksler moved all in for 665,000. That send the American Team PokerStars Pro back in his chair, as he seemed unhappy with the situation at hand.
After glossing it over for a minute, Mercier elected to let it go, sending the pot to Veksler.
Eugene Katchalov looked down at his shoving stack and got it all over the line for 225,000 from late position. Thomas Miller called it off and turned over .
Miller was marginally behind Katchalov's and stayed there as the board ran out to double up the Ukrainian New Yorker to 465,000. Miller still has around 370,000.
Padraig O'Neill has busted here in the EPT Barcelona Main Event. The Irish player was all-in pre-flop with from under the gun, but three seats round, Pavel Veksler re-shoved with and the board of could not save O'Neill.
We lose another, with Pavel Veksler now up to around the average on 628,000.
Vojtech Ruzicka just dropped a few of his newly acquired chips back, and it was to the same player he took them from! Morten Mortensen opened with to 28,000 in middle position, Ruzicka three-bet with to 69,000 on the button, Mortensen moved all in and Ruzicka called.
Both players flopped a set on the board, and Ruzicka had to ship 333,000 back to his Danish opponent.
November Niner Vojtech Ruzicka and Danish crusher Morten Mortensen clashed in a huge pot. Ruzicka opened to 30,000 from under the gun, and was called by Mortensen on the button. On the flop of , Ruzicka c-bet for 64,000 and Mortensen called.
The turn of saw Ruzicka check to Mortensen, who bet 88,000. Ruzicka, who without headphones looks like he plays along to a rhythm quite of his own, called. The river of saw Ruzicka check again. Mortensen again bet, this time for 175,000, but again Ruzicka called. Mortensen turned over but Ruzicka flipped and scooped a massive pot.
Mortensen has just 239,000 and will be desperate to double his way back into contention on a table including Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier to his left. At the end of that hand, Vojtech Ruzicka (pictured) has 1,160,000.
From the button, Tobias Revenas moved all in for exactly 200,000 and Byron Kaverman gave it some consideration from the small blind before releasing his cards. Markus Durnegger checked his cards and then quickly tossed in the obligatory chip for the call.
Revenas:

The flop left Revenas in desperate shape, and he was drawing dead after the fell on the turn, making the river a formality. Since Jani Sointula was eliminated just prior to that, Revenas reached a pay jump though and joined the rail in 95th place.
Before the start of Day 4, tournament staff announced that six levels of 90-minutes will be played and a dinner break takes place after the completion of level 18.
Van Hiep Tran raised from under the gun, Spyridon Koukouris then three-bet to 60,000 out of the small blind and Tran jammed to receive a snap call by Koukouris.

Koukouris:
The board ran out and Koukouris dodged the straight draw to knock out Tran in 97th place.
