He told us how he had opened under the gun plus one for 5,500 and his neighbor Joakim Bakke three-bet to 17,000. The action folded back to Wetemans who four-bet to 40,000 and called the shove for 148,500 that followed.
Wetemans had the goods with aces, Bakke had kings. While Bakke lost the hand after a clean runout, he still has well over double average left.
