Sylvain Loosli has entered the field. The French former November Niner is best known for his fourth-place finish in the 2013 WSOP Main Event, but recently he's been up to a rather different trick. It's his pot-limit Omaha skills that have come to the forefront.
Back in May, Loosli posted a third-place finish in PokerStars Championship Monte Carlo €10,300 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller for €81,500. Here in Barcelona, he did even better in the same event, chopping heads up with Pedro Zagalo and then winning the match for an additional €10,000 and a trophy, banking €236,100 total.
After the win Loosli let the world know how happy he was that four-card poker is a thing:
We'll see if Loosli can make do with just two cards here today.
