Moneymaker Pays To See

Niveau 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

There was an open from a player in mid position from seat 5 and a call from Oleg Bychkov before Team PokerStars Pro Chris Moneymaker called and the three players went to a flop of {2-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}.

The original raiser checked and Bychkov had a stab for 2,500. That shook no one off though as Moneymaker and the original raiser called.

The turn card {9-Diamonds} saw no action and when the {j-Diamonds} completed the board the initial raiser changed tack and led out for 5,300. Bychkov mulled it over, stuck between two players, and then released his hand. Moneymaker paid the price though and mucked when he saw his opponent table {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}.

Overtbet Gets it Done for Daniyar Aubakirov

Niveau 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

Daniyar Aubakirov raised to 475 from the hijack and both the button and the small blind called.

The flop came {8-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} and it checked to the button who bet 500 and both other players called.

The turn {7-Clubs} was checked by both players and the river was the {3-Hearts}. The first player checked and Aubakirov bet 6,000.

Both players folded and Aubakriov added to his stack after the audacious river overbet.

Kostritsyn Forced to Fold

Niveau 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

The last hand before the break saw Vadim Ibraev put the pressure on Alexander Kostritsyn by shoving on the river after Kostritsyn led with a bet of 8,000. The board read {6-Hearts}{2-Spades}{j-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and there was about 10,000 in the middle.

Kostritsyn eventually found a fold and slid to about 11,000.

Anatoliy Filonenko vs Ivan Arbatskii

Niveau 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Ivan Arbatskii raised to 400 from under the gun. It folded to Anatoliy Filonenko on the button who three-bet to 1,100 and his opponent called.

Arbatskii check-called a bet of 1,150 from his opponent on a board of {6-Clubs}{6-Spades}{7-Clubs} and the turn was the {9-Diamonds}.

Both players checked and the river was the {8-Diamonds}. Arbatskii checked and his opponent bet 2,000. He called and Filonenko showed {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades} for two pair queens and sixes.

However, Arbatskii showed {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs} for a straight and took down the pot as the second level drew to a close.

Pogodin Doubles Set Over Set

Niveau 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

The exact preflop and flop action is unknown, but things got hot on the {9-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{A-Hearts} turn between Dmytro Samoilenko and Konstantin Pogodin. The raising war resulted in the all in of Pogodin and Samoilenko called to put his opponent at risk for 17,175.

Konstantin Pogodin: {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}
Dmytro Samoilenko: {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}

The {4-Clubs} river was a blank and Pogodin doubled, then took out his smartphone to take a picture of the board and hole cards. Two other players on the table did so also, and it took almost a minute before everyone had done their shot and the next hand could be dealt.
