Kelly Minkin raised to 260,000 from early position, and only Benjamin Pollak called in the big blind. On the 
flop, Minkin bet 280,000 after Pollak had checked, and the latter raised to 575,000. Minkin made the call, and they saw the 
turn.
Pollak checked again, and after Minkin had bet 500,000, he moved all in for 1.14 million. Minkin quickly folded and Pollak took the pot.
