Hand #40: Tony Miles opened to 1,800,000 from under the gun and Michael Dyer called from the cutoff. The flop came 
and Miles led out for 2,500,000. Dyer made the call and the 
landed on the turn.
Miles checked this time and Dyer threw in a bet of 5,200,000. Miles gave it some brief thought but sent his cards to the muck, sending the pot to Dyer.
Hand #41: Joe Cada raised to 1,700,000 from the cutoff and Miles defended his big blind. The flop fell 
and Miles checked to Cada who continued for 2,200,000. Miles called to see the 
pair the board on the turn.
Miles checked again and Cada fired another 5,300,000 into the pot. Miles still called and the 
hit the river. Miles led out this time for 7,800,000 and Cada sent his cards to the muck.
