Sylvia Lets Go

Niveau 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Action was on the river with a board of {Q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{J-Clubs} in the middle of the table. There was a massive pot of over 200,000 in the middle and Jesse Silvia was facing off against just one opponent who was in the hijack seat.

The player moved all in for 56,500 chips and Sylvia was in the tank. He thought for quite some time before he decided to fold, turning his {9-Hearts}{7-Hearts} face up for a flush. The player didn't show his cards despite being pestered by his table to "show the ten of clubs!"

"You'll see it later," the player told Sylvia.

Sylvia was left with just over 100,000 after the hand.

Rheem and Song Battle Again

Niveau 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante
Chino Rheem
Chino Rheem

Stephen Song opened to 7,000 from early position and Chino Rheem three-bet to 23,000 out of the small blind. Song thought for a moment and put in a four-bet to 57,000 only to have Rheem ship all in for 156,000. Song instantly called and the cards were on their backs.

Chino Rheem: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}
Stephen Song: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}

It was another big cooler with Song holding the only hand ahead of Rheem preflop. The flop came {k-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs} and Rheem spiked a king to take the lead. The {k-Hearts} on the turn gave Rheem quads and Song was drawing dead to the {10-Diamonds} on the river.

Eichhardt Busts on Feature Table

Niveau 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Down to his last 23 big blinds, Peter Eichhardt got it in with the {10-}{9-} against Vladimir Geshkenbein, who had an easy call with the {K-Spades}{K-Hearts} over on the secondary feature table. The {Q-Spades}{J-Hearts}{6-Clubs} flop gave Eichhardt an open-ended straight draw, but the {5-Spades} turn and {4-Spades} river were both blanks.

Misclick Cost Karmatckii Heaps

Niveau 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

According to some of the players at the table, Arsenii Karmatckiii didn't see a raise from Joel Tushnet before he put out a bet totaling 36,500 from the small blind, a move which would've put the player in the big blind all in. Action was then back on Tushnet and he took advantage of the situation, moving all in for 79,500. Karmatckii was in the tank when we approached the table.

Eventually, he made a face, shrugged and called Tushnet's shove.

Arseniii Karmatckii: {6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}
Joel Tushnet: {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}

The board ran out {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{A-Diamonds} and that would give Tushnet the winning set, allowing him to double up while Karmatckii was cut down to under 200,000 chips.
