Limit Hold'em

John Evans raised on the button, Chris Klodnicki three-bet out of the small blind, and Evans called. Klodnicki continued barrelling on the flop and turn before he slowed down, checking the river of the {q-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{q-Spades}{10-Diamonds} board. Evans checked after calling on the previous streets.

"Straight," Klodnicki said, turning up {k-Spades}{9-Spades}. Evans mucked.

Niveau 27 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante

Limit Hold'em

Boukai called and an {a-Diamonds} peeled off as the turn card. Boukai checked again to Klodnicki who again fired in a bet and this time Boukai check-raised.

Klodnicki thought for a brief moment then let his hand go, sending the pot to Boukai.

Boukai Doubles in PLO

Niveau 27 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante

PLO

Philip Long made it 50,000 on the button and Rami Boukai defended his big blind with a call. Boukai led out 100,000 on the flop of {7-Hearts}{9-Spades}{3-Spades} and Long moved forward enough chips to cover Boukai's 360,000 or so. Boukai called right away.

Boukai: {k-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Spades}
Long: {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

Long flopped top two but Boukai had a ton of outs with his big draw. He hit one of them on the {8-Hearts} turn and then faded nines and sevens on the {3-Hearts} river.

Chris Klodnicki: {x-}{x-} / {6-}{k-}{2-}{9-} / {x-}
Philip Long: {x-}{x-} / {3-}{10-}{q-} - folded on fifth
Rami Boukai: {x-}{x-} / {6-}{8-}{5-}{8-} / {x-}

John Evans completed, Chris Klodnicki pushed in two and Philip Long made it three. Rami Boukai called and Evans fired out on fourth. Klodnicki and Long both called the bet. Boukai raised it up and all three opponents called.

Boukai pushed in a bet on fifth that was called by everyone except Long who released his hand. Evans led out on sixth and was called by both other players. Evans pushed his last 64,000 in the middle on seventh, Klodnicki snap-folded and Boukai called.

Boukai turned over {5-}{3-}{a-}, giving him {8-}{6-}{5-}{3-}{a-} for an eight-six low and Evans tabled {5-}{2-}{a-}, giving him {7-}{5-}{4-}{2-}{a-} for a better low, scooping the massive pot.

Omaha Hi-Lo

In what looked like a preflop three-bet pot, John Evans check-raised the {8-Hearts}{9-Spades}{6-Spades} flop and Vladimir Shchemelev bet-called. The {j-Clubs} turn was checked by both players and Evans fired on the {8-Clubs} river, covering Shchemelev's remaining stack. Shchemelev called, but his {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{3-Hearts} ended up scooped by {a-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-Hearts} as Evans had the nut low and caught a pair of sixes.

Shchemelev left the table in seventh place for a $17,558 payday.

Chris Vitch Eliminated in 8th Place ($17,558)

Niveau 27 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante
Chris Vitch
Chris Vitch

Omaha Hi-Lo

Chris Vitch was all-in two consecutive hands, but each of them ended in a split. Vitch made it three in a row when he three-bet over Chris Klodnicki's raise. John Evans joined the contest and three players came to the flop for 120,000.

It fell {3-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and Vitch led out. Evans folded but Klodnicki raised. Vitch three-bet and Klodnicki four-bet for 7,000 more to put Vitch at risk. While Vitch loved the all-diamond flop, he soon found the bad news.

Vitch: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}
Klodnicki: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}

Vitch had flopped the second nuts but Klodnicki showed the nut flush and the {4-Spades} and {6-Diamonds} runout sent Vitch home in eighth place.

The remaining seven players moved to the stage to continue on a seven-handed final table.
