Omaha Hi-Lo

Donny Rubinstein opened from the cutoff, Philip Long pushed in three bets and Rubinstein called. The flop came down {k-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and Rubinstein check-called a bet from Long.

The {k-Spades} came on the turn and Rubinstein checked to Long who fired another bet. Rubinstein instantly check-raised and Long showed some frustration as he threw his cards into the muck, sending the pot to Rubinstein.

Kessler Finds a Full to Avoid Severe Damage

Niveau 26 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Stud

Allen Kessler bet on fourth and John Evans raised. Kessler called and then called another bet on fifth. He paired his ace on sixth and led out, earning a call.

Kessler bet in blind on seventh and Evans thought that Kessler was all in so he only called with kings full. Kessler grumbled that he started with three aces and how was that loss possible, but then he found out that he connected with his river card and scooped almost a full double with aces full.

Evans: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}{5-Clubs} / {2-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Kessler: {a-Hearts}{4-Spades}{7-Clubs} / {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}

"All that whining finally paid off," Chris Klodnicki commented.

Shchemelev Finds a Dream Flop Versus Livingston

Vladimir Shchemelev

Limit Hold'em

Alex Livingston called the all in of Vladimir Shchemelev after a couple of back and forth bets. The two turned over their hands and Shchemelev was at risk.

Vladimir Shchemelev: {a-Spades}{5-Clubs}
Alex Livingston: {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

The flop came down {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} and Shchemelev flopped quads. A {9-Hearts} on the turn ruled out any possibility of a royal for Livingston as he was now drawing dead to the {j-Hearts} river card.

Under the gun, John Trumbul moved all in for 113,000 and Chris Vitch looked him up from the big blind.

Vitch was slightly ahead with {a-Diamonds}{8-Spades} against {q-Spades}{j-Clubs} and the {a-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} flop made him a huge favorite. Trumbul picked up four outs on the {9-Hearts} turn but the {7-Clubs} river wasn't one of them.
