Kade Picks One Up

Niveau 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

The action folded around to Greg Merson who raised to 1,200 in the cutoff, the button folded, small blind came along and Vanessa Kade called from the big blind.

All three players checked on the flop of {7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Hearts} to see the {q-Hearts} on the turn. The small blind checked once again, Kade bet out 2,500 and both opponents made the call.

The river was the {9-Clubs}, the small blind checked and Kade fired again, this time for 5,500. Merson mucked fast, and the player who was in the small blind thought about it for a few moments before surrendering the pot.

Buck Sticks Around

Niveau 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

Kevin Buck opened in late position and faced a 5,500 three-bet from Chen An Lin who was sat in the small blind. He called and they saw a {q-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{10-Hearts} flop. Both players checked to the {q-Hearts} turn. Lin checked again and Buck made it 4,000, which Lin called and the last card out was the {6-Spades}. Both players checked once more and they flipped their cards over.

Kevin Buck: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Chen An Lin: {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}

Buck's pocket nines were good against Lin's busted flush draw and he took a decent pot right before players get ready to go for dinner.

Johnson Doubles Through Snead

Niveau 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

Sam Snead had Daniel Johnson at risk in a classic flip with {2-Hearts}{2-Spades} versus {a-Clubs}{j-Spades} and rivered a set on the {10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{2-Clubs} board. The same card however also gave Johnson the nut flush and he doubled.

Tou Xiong has taken over the lead on the table.
