Platt was behind but drawing to two live cards. The flop gave him a gutshot straight draw, but the turn didn't do him any favors. Fortunately for the poker commentator, the spiked on the river to pair his ten and give him new life in the tournament.

Himmelbrand Turns Quads to Double Through

Himmelbrand check-jammed for 11,961 after Colasurd fired out 5,400 and Colasurd called.

This summer, the World Series of Poker (WSOP) will hold 85 gold bracelet events online between WSOP.com and GG Poker.

The former client will cater to players in Nevada and New Jersey (players in Delaware are NOT able to participate), while the latter will serve the international base.

WSOP.com will hold 31 events – one each day for the month of July – while the other 54 will take place on GG Poker.

For players either in Nevada or New Jersey (remember, you must be 21+ to participate), or those planning to travel in, PokerNews put together all the information you need to know and also answered some lingering questions, which you can read here.

Hellmuth Gives Some to Zack

Phil "Lumestackin" Hellmuth limped under the gun and Dan "PepperPrince" Zack did the same next to act. Matt "RubberFist" Stout came along from the small blind and David "SobBaget" Leiberman checked his option from the big to make it four-way action to the flop.

Two checks saw Hellmuth bet 2,137, Zack called, and Stout got out of the way. Leiberman called and the peeled off on the turn.

Two checks opened the door for Zack to bet 3,900 and only Hellmuth called, which brought about the on the river.

Action went check-check and Hellmuth showed the for a pair of sixes with an aces kicker. It was no good though as Zack had the for the overpair.
