Kevin Napadow had only 100,000 chips of four big blinds left after posting the ante. Action checked to him in middle position, and he bet all-in.
One after another players folded despite getting great odds to try to eliminated Napadow, and as the button folded, and comments were made that it looked like Napadow just might get his small bet through. He would nearly triple up without opposition, which would be a great pick-up for him.
However, when it came to the last player, Boshuang Gao in early position, he said he disagreed. He informed the table had middle pair on both boards and made the call getting 3:1.
Kevin Napadow: Q♥9♦
Boshuang Gao: J♠7♥
Napadow was ahead on the top board and behind on the bottom.
The boards then ran out:
Q♠6♥7♠10♥9♣
4♥J♥K♠10♦Q♦
Napadow hit his gutshot straight on the turn of the bottom board and, on the river, made two pair on the top board. He was able to scoop the pot and keep his tournament alive.

Marcos Exterkotter checked the 2♥4♣K♣8♠ turn and Boshuang Gao wagered 175,000. Exterkotter responded with an all in of 435,000.
Gao seemed pained, cut a call out, and ultimately folded his hand. He went on to say, "I would have regret not betting the turn if we got to the river anyways", implying he felt there was no right decision for him on the turn.
