Bedell Suspects He's Beat, Doubles Traut Anyway

With around 20,000 in the pot on a flop of 7♠5♦4♦, Heinz Traut bet 10,000 from the small blind and Gabi Livshitz called in early position. Tom-Aksel Bedell then raised to 31,500 in middle position.

Traut called, while Livshitz got out of the way. The J♦ fell on the turn and Bedell bet 30,000. Traut then moved all in for 49,600 and Bedell shot up in his seat and let out a loud sigh before calling.

Bedell showed 7♣4♣ for two pair, but his suspicions proved correct as Traut turned over A♦K♦ for the nut flush. The river was the A♥ and Traut doubled up.

The flop revealed 9♥K♣7♦, and the action checked around to Rezaei, who continued with a bet of 3,500, leaving only Tsvetanov to call.

The turn brought the 4♠, and both players checked again.

On the river, which showed 5♥, Tsvetanov took the initiative with a bet of 5,500. After some contemplation, Rezaei raised to 36,500, putting Tsvetanov in a tough spot. After a moment of thought, Tsvetanov opted to call. Rezaei revealed 9♣5♣ for two pair, and it was enough to take down the pot, as Tsvetanov sent his cards to the muck.

Gigolashvili Stacks Huegel, Sits With Over 300,000

A full board of 5♠6♠3♠3♥8♥ was showing with over 50,000 in the pot when Benjamin Huegel shipped the river for 41,100. Vladimer Gigolashvili was the man with the decision and after thinking it over for quite some time, he slammed chips into the pot to make the call.

Huegel seemed confident when he flipped Q♣Q♦ for an overpair to the board, but Gigolashvili held 4♦3♦ for trip threes to take the pot and eliminate Huegel.

Deeb Falls to Girard

With two players seeing a final board of 3♣8♠A♦4♦10♣ and around 70,000 in the middle, Hugues Girard had moved all in from the small blind, covering Shaun Deeb who had around 80,000 behind from the hijack. Deeb went deep into the tank.

"You know I hate to fold right"? Deeb asked Girard, who remained silent as Deeb weighed his options.

Deeb quietly went over different combinations of hands Girard could have and after a few minutes he stuck in the call.

Deeb had top pair with A♠J♥ but Girard had him out-kicked with A♥K♠ and he took down a massive pot while Deeb made his exit from the tournament area.

Svoboda slowed down and checked the A♦ river, and Tafur quickly checked back. Svoboda showed A♣2♥ for a rivered pair of aces.

"Yeah, I know. Two outs you had," Tafur said as he flashed 9♥6♥ for a pair and flush draw.

The 2♣ fell on the river and Jattin methodically cut out 59,800 from his stack and put it in the middle. Ticherfatine also took a few minutes before she folded as Jattin took down the pot that boosted his stack up to around 400,000.
