Welcome to the first of the three non-hold'em events at US Poker Open here in the PokerGO Studio at the ARIA Resort & Casino. Action is set to kick off at 2 p.m. PST for Event #2: $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha, a tournament that had much success last year, gathering 64 of the best players in the world, all in the hopes to take down the first Omaha event of the series.
Last years champion was Mike Gorodinsky, who bested a star studded final table to take down the first USPO Omaha tournament for the title and a first place prize of $179,200.

The action of the 2019 USPO began with Event #1: $10,000 No Limit Hold'em on Wednesday, attracted an outstanding 90 players, shattering last years total of 68. The six remaining players at the end of the night all came back today to battle it out for the $216,000 first place prize, along with the points total towards the USPO Championship.
All registrants will be starting the day with 125,000 in chips and, like yesterday, will be playing down until the final six remain. Anyone to register before the tournament starts will have their $1,000 fee waived, and anyone to miss the deadline will have up until the start of level 10 to jump into the action.

Farid Jattin opened to 2,500 from the button, Justin Bonomo bumped it up to 8,500 in the small blind and Anthony Alberto called from the big blind. Jattin called and the dealer fanned out on the flop.
Action checked to Alberto, he bet 11,000, Jattin called and Bonomo announced pot for 70,500. Both of his opponent threw their cards in the muck and Bonomo scooped in the pot.

Five players limped in to see a flop of on Chance Kornuth's table. On the flop, Scott Henry in the small blind decided to lead out, making it 5,000. George Wolff called in the big blind. Action folded to Kornuth who called on the button.
The turn was the and this time action checked to Kornuth. Kornuth announced "pot" for 21,000. Henry let it go and Wolff let it go as well, so Kornuth was able to take down the limp pot.

Jake Schindler opened to 3,500 on the button, Maxx Coleman three-bet to 10,500 and Schindler called. The flop came down , Coleman bet 12,000 and was instantly raised by Schindler to 59,500.
Coleman shrugged his shoulders as he announced all in for 133,000, Schindler snap-called for his remaining 115,000 and the two turned over their hands.
Schindler tabled for top two and Coleman showed for the nut flush draw. A horrible card for Schindler landed on the turn, when the dealer flipped over the , completing the flush for Coleman. A meaningless landed on the river and Coleman took down the pot, eliminating Schindler.
