Mossey Runs Into Aces

Niveau 10 : 400/800, 100 ante
Molly Anne Mossey
Molly Anne Mossey

We arrived at the table to find Molly Mossey standing up from her chair. She was at risk for her last 9,700 chips holding {10-Spades}{10-Clubs} but unfortunately ran into the {a-Spades}{a-Clubs} of David Phornton.

The board ran out clean for Phornton and Mossey wished her opponents good luck before exiting the tournament area.

The last PokerNews hopeful, Milko van Winden, was also seen standing on the rail after he busted to flopped quads.

Hanson Sends One to the Rail

Niveau 10 : 400/800, 100 ante

A player moved all in from middle position for right around 4,000 and action folded around to Isaac Hanson in the cutoff seat. He moved all in over the top shoving for 11,000 total. Action folded to the big blind who tanked for a bit before letting go of his hand as well.

Issac Hanson: {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}
Opponent: {Q-Clubs}{J-Spades}

The board ran out clean for Hanson when it came {7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} and that earned him the pot with his ace kicker.

Little Pot For Wong

Niveau 10 : 400/800, 100 ante

A player limped in from middle position and Bill Wong completed from the small blind for 800. The big blind checked his option and it was three-way to a flop.

The flop was {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{2-Hearts} and all three players checked to the {A-Spades} on the turn. There, Wong checked, then called a bet of 1,200 from the big blind while the other player in the hand folded.

On the {A-Clubs} river, both players checked. Wong revealed his {K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} and that was enough to earn him the small pot.

Ayala Flops Two Pair, Eliminates Burns

Niveau 10 : 400/800, 100 ante

The action folded around to Victor Ayala in the cutoff who raised it up to 1,600. Tony Burns was in the small blind and three-bet to 4,200 which Ayala called.

The flop fell {a-Hearts}{10-Spades}{2-Clubs} and Burns announced all in for around 7,500. Ayala quickly tabled his cards and called. Burns flipped over {k-Spades}{j-Hearts} while Ayala flopped two pair with {a-Spades}{2-Spades}. The {8-Clubs} on the turn and the {k-Diamonds} on the river were no help to Burns as he was sent to the rail.

Yeaton is on Fire

Niveau 9 : 300/600, 100 ante

Skyler Yeaton was still busy stacking his chips from a previous couple of pots that he won and he continued to ride the wave as he opened to 1,400 from under the gun. The cutoff jammed all in for around 6,000 and Yeaton made the call.

Skyler Yeaton: {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}

Although Yeaton was behind preflop, it was no surprise to the table when the flop came {j-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Clubs} giving him the lead. The turn was the {5-Spades} and the river brought the {3-Diamonds} as Yeaton eliminated another opponent and his chip stack continued to grow.

Capps Sends One to the Rail

Niveau 9 : 300/600, 100 ante

A player moved all in from under the gun, shoving for 4,500. Action folded to Jesse Capps a few seats over who thought it over for a little bit before calling. Everyone else folded bringing the two players to a showdown.

Jesse Capps: {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}
Opponent: {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}

The flop was {K-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{7-Spades} which gave Capps a little sweat as his opponent picked up one pair, but the {6-Clubs} turn and the {3-Clubs} river kept him in the lead the whole way. He earned the pot and nearly doubled up to 11,700.
