Perez Versus Reddick

Niveau 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

Four players saw a flop of {q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and it checked to Joe Reddick who bet 1,700. Nelson Perez raised to 4,000 and it folded back to Reddick who called. They went heads-up to the {5-Hearts} and Reddick check-called a bet of 8,000 from Perez.

The {10-Diamonds} completed the board and Reddick led out with a bet of 7,500. Perez called, Reddick showed {a-Spades}{q-Hearts} for top pair, but Perez tabled his {9-Spades}{9-Hearts} for a flopped set of nines to take the pot.

Schumacher Barrels into Liberto

Niveau 3 : 150/300, 25 ante
Johan Schumacher
Johan Schumacher

Johan Schumacher had opened the hijack and only Justin Liberto wanted to get involved, defending his big blind.

The flop ran out {9-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} and Liberto check-called Schumacher's 500 continuation. The {7-Clubs} turn saw similar action with Liberto check-calling the 2,000 bet this time.

The final card out was the {3-Diamonds} and Liberto checked again. Schumacher sized up his bet to 8,000, which put Liberto into the tank. He threw the chips in but mucked when he saw Schumacher had hit a straight with {4-Spades}{5-Spades}.

Luciano Hollanda already had two cashes in the last week before the Main Event and now he's going for a third in the biggest tournament of the year.

The turn was the {A-Hearts} and Hollanda put in a bet of 2,000. No one was interested and Hollanda picked up a pot to start off right.

Mack Gets It All In Against Kemps

Niveau 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

The flop showed {k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}, Roger Mack bet around 1,500 into a pot that was approximately 9,000, and Oscar Kemps threw in 8,000, enough to cover Mack's remaining 5,000 stack.

Mack took a few moments of time before putting his tournament life at risk by making the call. Kemps flipped over {3-Clubs}{3-Spades} for a flopped set and Mack turned over {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for the nut flush draw.

The {8-Hearts} fell on the turn and Mack asked the dealer politely for a diamond, but the river did not connect with him as it fell the {8-Clubs} and Mack was sent home. Kemps took down the pot and added to his growing stack.
