Day 3 of Event #52: $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship has concluded at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino with just eight players bagging chips at the end of the play.

After ten 60-minute levels were played out, Dash Dudley (6,550,000) took the chip lead followed by Kyle Montgomery (5,960,000) and Eoghan O'Dea (5,150,000). O'Dea is no stranger to making the final table in this event, having secured sixth place back in 2017, and will looking to go even better this time around.

The Day 4 line-up is completed by James Park (4,995,000), Joel Feldman (3,625,000), Jeremy Ausmus (2,405,000), Andrey Razov (1,215,000), and Will Jaffe (1,150,000).

When action resumes at noon on Tuesday, June, 25 the players will take to the PokerGo stage in a bid to claim the gold bracelet and a first-place prize worth $1,086,967.

Some familiar names ran deep but were unable to survive to the end including five-time WSOP bracelet winner and former $10,000 PLO Championship winner Daniel Alaei, who could only lock up a ninth place finish for $72,468 on this occasion.

Francesco Grande (10th - $72,468), Andjelko Andrejevic (11th - $56,703) and Adam Hendrix (12th - $56,703) were also mainstays but just missed out on a spot at the final table.

Four-time WSOP bracelet winner Shaun Deeb made it to the final 24 but didn't get the chance to take his seat at the final three tables. As players were on the move, Deeb was still involved in the action against Dash Dudley, with the board down ace-six-eight-four. Dudley raised a 255,000 bet from Deeb to 800,000 and snap-called after Deeb moved all in for 1.3m.

Dudley revealed jack-ten-seven-five for a straight and was way ahead of Deeb's two pair holding ace-jack-seven-four. The river card only improved Dudley to a flush and Deeb departed to enter Event #58: $50,000 Poker Players Championship.

UK's Luke Schwartz came into Day 3 off the back of his first bracelet win in Event #49: $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship last week, and he was going along well until his run was halted in 21st place by a flopped set over set situation.

Former bracelet winners Daniel Fuhs, David Halpern, Ryan D'Angelo, Sandeep Pulusani, Vladimir Shchemelev, Scott Bohlman (18th - $30,532), and Kevin Eyster (13th - $45,229) were among the names to depart during the action.

That's all for now, but stay tuned to PokerNews for all the final day's action as a brand-new champion is crowned.

Aces for Park

Niveau 30 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante

Will Jaffe and Andrey Razov remain the short stacks with around 10 minutes left in the level, while James Park just added a few chips to his stack.

Park raised the button to 375,000 and Eoghan O'Dea came along from the big blind. There was no betting action on the {k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{3-Spades}{q-Clubs}{5-Hearts} board and Park won the pot with {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}.

Dudley Wins a Big One With Aces Full

Niveau 30 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante
Dash Dudley
Dash Dudley

Dash Dudley raised the cutoff and was called by James Park in the big blind. On the {a-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades} flop, Park checked and called a bet worth 350,000. The {3-Diamonds} on the turn was checked through and the {3-Spades} river paired the board.

Park opted to check once more and Dudley made it 775,000 to go. The reluctant call of the Brit followed and Dudley announced aces full before revealing his {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}, Park mucked and had to forfeit the chip lead to Dudley.

Chop it Up

Niveau 30 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante

James Park raised to 135,000 and saw Will Jaffe raise pot for 725,000. The action folded around to Kyle Montgomery in the big blind, and he also announced pot before placing a bet of 2,000,000 into the middle.

Park quickly folded, and Jaffe put the 400,000 he had behind into the middle.

Kyle Montgomery: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{5-Spades}
Will Jaffe: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{7-Spades}

Board: {5-Clubs}{8-Spades}{4-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}

After all five cards fell, the dealer declared a chop pot, and Jaffe survived while at risk of elimination.

Montgomery Back on Track; Jaffe Chops With Park

Niveau 30 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante

Dash Dudley limped the button as did Joel Feldman in the small blind and Kyle Montgomery checked from the big blind. On the {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop, Montgomery check-called a bet of 160,000 by Dudley and they checked the {3-Clubs} turn and {5-Diamonds} river. Montgomery showed his {8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} for a flush and bounced back.

In the next hand, Will Jaffe raised the pot first to act and called the jam of James Park in the big blind.

Will Jaffe: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{2-Hearts}
James Park: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{j-Spades}{6-Hearts}

The {10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop gave Jaffe the nut flush draw and he picked up a second flush draw on the {q-Clubs} turn. He was denied the double on the blank {3-Spades} river and had to settle for a chop.

O'Dea Takes From Montgomery

Niveau 30 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante
Eoghan O Dea
Eoghan O Dea

Kyle Montgomery raised to 320,000 and Eoghan O'Dea called in the big blind to see a flop of {10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs}, on which he checked and called a bet of 250,000 by Montgomery. After the {2-Diamonds} turn, O'Dea check-called a second barrel worth 600,000 and they checked through on the {3-Hearts} river.

"Full house?" Montgomery asked when O'Dea had turned over his cards and the Irishman had indeed filled up to a full house on the turn with his {10-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{5-Spades}.

Small Pot for Razov

Niveau 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

Andrey Razov raised to 300,000 from early position and was called by Will Jaffe in the big blind. They checked through a board of {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} entirely and Jaffe announced fives. Razov dragged in the pot with {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{10-Clubs} and that lifted him from the bottom of the counts.
