Niveau 14 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Dario Sammartino
Dario Sammartino

Before the blinds went up and with roughly 400,000 in the pot on a {8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} board, Dario Sammartino bet 75,000 in the big blind, and Chance Kornuth raised to 360,000 in the cutoff. Sammartino thought about it and called.

The {10-Spades} completed the board, Sammartino checked, and Kornuth bet 880,000 as the two players stared at each other.

Sammartino contemplated while shuffling chips and ultimately moved in his entire stack of 1,475,000. Kornuth took some time before deciding to send his cards into the muck, conceding the sizable pot to the Italian pro.

Dan Smith opened to 100,000 on the button, Jake Schindler jammed for 410,000 in the small blind, and Smith called.

Jake Schindler: {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}

The {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop and {8-Hearts} turn gave Smith a lot of additional outs, but the {2-Diamonds} river changed nothing to secure Schindler's double.

Schutten and Deeb Get Paid on the River

Niveau 14 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Brekstyn Schutten limped in from the small blind and Dario Sammartino raised to 175,000 out of the big blind. Schutten called and the dealer fanned the flop of {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}. Both players checked through to the {a-Hearts} on the turn and the {7-Clubs} on the river.

Schutten finally tossed in a bet of 100,000 and Sammartino looked him up. Schutten tabled {8-Hearts}{7-Spades} for a pair of sevens and Sammartino mucked.

Next door, Mikita Badziakouski and Shaun Deeb were heads-up on a board reading {10-Spades}{9-Spades}{7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}. Badziakouski led out for 175,000 from the big blind and Deeb called on his left.

The river was the {a-Spades} and Badziakouski checked this time. Deeb put together a bet of 310,000 and Badziakouski called. Deeb rolled over {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} for a rivered two pair and Badziakouski rolled his eyes as his cards went to the muck.
