Kelly Minkin opened in middle position to 3,000 and called a three-bet to 9,100 from Marco Zevola in the big blind.

Baby Flush Wins it for Murphy

Niveau 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Dean Murphy called a bet worth 2,500 by Dennis Beres on the {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} turn and the {8-Clubs} river was checked down by both players. Beres tabled the {k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} but Murphy had that beat with the {10-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} for a flush with the deuce.

"How did you know?" another player at the tables asked and Murphy replied "I saw Doyle play it."

Liptow Pays One Off, Still Rolling

Niveau 3 : 200/400, 400 ante
Cory Liptow
Cory Liptow

Cory Liptow and Cheng Liu checked the turn {9-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} to the river {8-Diamonds}.

Liu bet 6,500 and Liptow made the call. Liu tabled {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} and that was good against the top pair {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} of Liptow.

Liptow, a ClubGG qualifier, is still sitting on about 100,000.

Lim Takes Down Three-Way All-In; Leaves Enselme Short

Niveau 3 : 200/400, 400 ante
Dragana Lim
Dragana Lim

On the turn of {j-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{10-Clubs}, Arnaud Enselme fired in a bet of 23,000 into the pot of just over 16,000. Dragana Lim was next to act and shipped her stack of 61,800 into the middle. Eprem Fodolyan called off his stack of 53,300 before Enselme tank-called.

Eprem Fodolyan: {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Dragana Lim: {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Arnaud Enselme: {j-Spades}{10-Spades}

All three players smashed the flop but Lim was in great shape with her set of jacks. The {k-Diamonds} river changed nothing for her set to hold and eliminate Fodolyan and leaving Enselme with only 6,200.

Ji Makes Correct Call For Tournament Life

Niveau 3 : 200/400, 400 ante
Lynne Ji
Lynne Ji

Lynne Ji opened from middle position to 900. She got a few callers but when the action got to the player in the big blind he raised to 5,500. Ji called and the other players folded.

The flop came {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}. Ji's opponent continued for 11,000 and she called.

Her opponent jammed the {9-Spades} turn having her covered.

Ji sat back in her chair, looked at her cards, and said, "Because I like you guys so much I am gonna take an extra 30 seconds before I call...I don't think I am ever folding this."

After glancing back at her cards several times another lady at her tabled asked her, "did they change?"

Ji laughed and responded, "No they didn't change...I guess it's better to bust on Day 1 than on Day 2."

She made the call putting her tournament life on the line. Her opponent said what every poker player loves to hear, "Good call."

Lynne Ji: {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Opponenet: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

The {3-Hearts} completed the board. Ji's pocket tens held for a double.

Marder Flops Better Flush

Niveau 3 : 200/400, 400 ante
Michael Marder
Michael Marder

On a {8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} flop, a player in early position bet 3,200 and Michael Marder called on the button.

The {10-Clubs} turn saw a 9,000 bet from the early position player and another call by Marder.

On the {j-Hearts} river, the early position player bet 30,000 to leave himself with 26,000 behind. Marder thought about it for a little.

"The nuts?" he asked.

Marder ended up making the call. His opponent turned over {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} while Marder showed {k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for the better flush.

"I wasn't slow rolling you, I promise," Marder said. "I thought you had a very strong hand. I knew you weren't bluffing."
