Elezra Wins Pot on Turn

Niveau 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Three players, including Eli Elezra in middle position, each had 6,500 committed to the pot preflop and saw a flop of {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}.

The small blind checked and Elezra bet 7,500. The cutoff folded and the small blind called.

The {4-Spades} came on the turn and the small blind check-folded to a 19,000 bet from Elezra to send him the pot without a fight.

Leary Rivers a Nine

Niveau 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Dustin Leary raised in middle position and Joni Jouhkimainen called on the button.

The flop came {4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and Leary check-called a bet of 2,100.

The {3-Clubs} hit the turn and Leary check-called once again, this time Jouhkimainen bet 4,000.

When the {9-Hearts} hit the river, both players quickly checked. Leary tabled {q-Spades}{9-Spades} for nines and fours on the river and Jouhkimainen mucked his hand.

Robert Mizrachi
Robert Mizrachi

A player from middle position raised to 2,500 and Robert Mizrachi called from the hijack before Shankar Pillai three-bet to 8,500 from the cutoff.

Action folded back to Mizrachi who four-bet to 57,500 and then called the jam from Pillai for roughly 70,000.

Shankar Pillai: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Robert Mizrachi: {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}

Pillai had Mizrachi crushed but had a sweat after the {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts} flop gave Mizrachi a flush draw.

The turn wasn't a bad sight for Pillai as it came a black {6-Clubs}, but the {5-Hearts} fell on the river completing Mizrachi's flush and ended Pillai's Main Event.

Frank Funaro called a three-bet of 8,800 to see the flop {9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}. His opponent continued for 6,500 and Funaro called.

On the turn {6-Diamonds}, Funaro called a bet of 18,000 and the river was the {j-Spades}. Both players checked and it went to showdown.

"Ace-high," said Funaro's opponent.

But it was no good and Funaro showed {j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for top pair and the winner.

Seymour Falls Behind, Hits the River to Double

Niveau 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Richard Seymour pushed all in from the hijack for 34,100 and Dan Colpoys called on the button.

Richard Seymour: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}
Dan Colpoys: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

Colpoys was dominated going to the flop but took the lead when it came {q-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}. Seymour began packing his things to leave as the {6-Diamonds} fell on the turn, but the {8-Diamonds} on the river gave him a flush and the double up.

"Don't worry. You're still in," Colpoys said.

"As I should be," Seymour replied.
