Neil Patel
Neil Patel

Joseph Michael and Neil Patel got it all in preflop with Patel covered and having 2,585,000.

Neil Patel: {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}
Joseph Michael: {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}

The flop was {j-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and Patel flopped a set to take the lead in the hand. The turn was the {5-Hearts} putting a flush draw out there for Michael heading to the river which was the {3-Spades} and faded the flush and trip outs of Michael. As soon as Michael chipped up, he lost the chips to Patel after being in a very good spot.

The river was the {4-Hearts} and Leng doubled with jacks and nines.

Kevin Song Eliminated in 59th Place ($121,188)

Niveau 28 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante
Kevin Song
Kevin Song

Kevin Song was in middle position and raised to 355,000. Joseph Michael was in the small blind and thought for a few minutes before three-betting to 955,000. Song moved all in for 1,355,000 and Michael called.

Michael: {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Song: {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}

The flop was {9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{9-Spades} and what a crazy board to pop up with these two hands: quads for Michael and a boat for Song who was flopped dead. Joseph Michael immediately let out a giant, "Come on!" and came over to high five his friend, Jordan Holder on the rail who was shouting for a nine to come on the flop the whole time.

The board ran out with the {10-Hearts} and {k-Diamonds} and Michael secured the elimination of Song.

Bazeley Makes Bank With a Boat

Niveau 28 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante
Jake Bazeley
Jake Bazeley

Karen Sarkisyan raised to 210,000 from late position and Jake Bazeley decided to defend his big blind.

The flop came {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and Bazeley checked. Sarkisyan bet 270,000 and Bazeley thought for a moment before calling.

The turn was the {j-Clubs} and both players checked to the {j-Hearts} on the river. Bazeley paused and then reached into his stack to put out a bet worth 450,000. Sarkisyan asked for a confirmation of the amount and grabbed a fistful of chips. He thought about it for another moment and eventually called.

Bazeley tabled {k-Spades}{6-Spades} for jacks full of kings and Sarkisyan mucked his hand.

Bazeley has had a great start to the day and has added more than five million in chips to his growing stack.

Mackoff Doubles Through Schulz

Niveau 28 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante
Jonas Mackoff
Jonas Mackoff

Scott Stewart opened for 200,000 and got a call from Robert Schulz in the cutoff. From the button, Jonas Mackoff shoved all in for 1,185,000. Stewart folded but Schulz called after thinking briefly.

Schulz: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Mackoff: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}

Mackoff was in a dominating spot, but the {7-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} flop increased Schulz's potential to win the pot as he picked up a flush draw. The {4-Diamonds} was a brick, as was the {9-Spades} river, and Mackoff received a double that left Schulz down to about 20 big blinds.

Reed Hensel Eliminated in 60th Place ($121,188)

Niveau 28 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante
Reed Hensel
Reed Hensel

On the feature table where our access is quite limited, Dan Ott raised from early position and Ben Lamb called from the next seat over. A short-stacked Reed Hensel called from the big blind and the flop fell {6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}.

Hensel bet his remaining 255,000, Ott called, Lamb raised to 715,000, and Ott folded.

Hensel: {9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}
Lamb: {Q-Spades}{J-Spades}

Hensel had plenty of outs, but failed to improve when the {8-Clubs} turn and {4-Hearts} river completed the board. He was eliminated in 60th place.

Kfir Nahum Eliminated in 61st Place ($121,188)

Niveau 28 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante
Kfir Nahum
Kfir Nahum

Action folded to Kfir Nahum on the button and he moved all in for 755,000. Wesley Pantling re-shoved in the small blind and the big blind folded. Nahum was flipping for his tournament life.

Nahum: {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Pantling: {A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

The board came {J-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}, and Nahum asked for small cards. The {K-Diamonds} on the turn was not a small card, and it gave Pantling additional outs for a straight. The {Q-Clubs} river completed Pantling's Broadway draw, and Nahum was eliminated in 61st place.

Nahum received a payout of $121,188 for his run in the Main Event.

Sammartino Takes One Down on the River

Niveau 28 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante

Justas Vaiciulionis raised from the cutoff to 205,000. Valentin Messina called on the button. From the big blind, Dario Sammartino called as well.

On the {8-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop, Sammartino checked to Vaiciulionis. Vaiciulionis bet 275,000. Messina folded but Sammartino called.

The turn was the {A-Spades} and both players checked to see the {6-Spades} on the river. Sammartino led out with a bet of 975,000, leaving himself with just 400,000 behind.

"I might have an ace," Vaiciulionis said after a few minutes of thought.

"You have an ace?" Sammartino asked. "I don't have an ace." Eventually, Vaiciulionis decided to fold and that allowed Sammartino to take down the pot.

Small Pot for Dedusha

Niveau 28 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante

Richard Dubini limped in from the small blind, having just arrived at the table, and Artan Dedusha checked his option in the big blind. Dubini bet the {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for 100,000 and Dedusha called. Both then checked the {10-Hearts} turn and {2-Hearts} river. Dubini flashed {8-Spades}{3-Hearts} for tens with an eight high and Dedusha won the pot with {Q-Clubs}{5-Hearts} for queens and tens.

"You didn't want to give me a walk with eight-three?" Dedusha asked when leaning back from the table and grinning over to Dubini in the nine seat.

In the next hand, Dedusha mucked the {5-Clubs}{2-Clubs} in the small blind and Joshua Horton showed his {6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}. "You had me beat, give it to the best hand. The rich get richer," Dedusha joked.
