Bienvenido a Barcelona! It's time for Day 4 of the 2016 PokerStars.es European Poker Tour Barcelona Main Event. Get ready for another day of exciting action, as 98 players battle it out for their shot at EPT glory and the life-changing first price of €1,122,800. Former EPT champions Jason Mercier (1,006,000), Michael Eiler (679,000), Nicolas Chouity (632,000), Kent Lundmark (387,000), and Ronny Kaiser (233,000) still have a chance at their second title.
Other notables, such as Adam Owen (857,000), Bryn Kenney (728,000), Vojtech Ruzicka (680,000), Sam Grafton (653,000), Byron Kaverman (442,000), Georgios Zisimopoulos (438,000), Jason Koon (424,000), Mark Roovers (392,000), and Eugene Katchalov (215,000) will also take a seat on Day 4. They're all trailing chipleader Anthony Chimkovitch from Belgium, who bagged an astonishing 1,825,000 after just three days of play.
There is a maximum of five levels of 90 minutes scheduled for today, with a break after each level. Here are all the levels that will be played today:

Van Hiep Tran raised from under the gun, Spyridon Koukouris then three-bet to 60,000 out of the small blind and Tran jammed to receive a snap call by Koukouris.

Before the start of Day 4, tournament staff announced that six levels of 90-minutes will be played and a dinner break takes place after the completion of level 18.
From the button, Tobias Revenas moved all in for exactly 200,000 and Byron Kaverman gave it some consideration from the small blind before releasing his cards. Markus Durnegger checked his cards and then quickly tossed in the obligatory chip for the call.

The flop left Revenas in desperate shape, and he was drawing dead after the fell on the turn, making the river a formality. Since Jani Sointula was eliminated just prior to that, Revenas reached a pay jump though and joined the rail in 95th place.

November Niner Vojtech Ruzicka and Danish crusher Morten Mortensen clashed in a huge pot. Ruzicka opened to 30,000 from under the gun, and was called by Mortensen on the button. On the flop of , Ruzicka c-bet for 64,000 and Mortensen called.
The turn of saw Ruzicka check to Mortensen, who bet 88,000. Ruzicka, who without headphones looks like he plays along to a rhythm quite of his own, called. The river of saw Ruzicka check again. Mortensen again bet, this time for 175,000, but again Ruzicka called. Mortensen turned over but Ruzicka flipped and scooped a massive pot.
Mortensen has just 239,000 and will be desperate to double his way back into contention on a table including Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier to his left. At the end of that hand, Vojtech Ruzicka (pictured) has 1,160,000.
