Hellmuth was seated at Table 452 just prior to the dinner break but has already left the tournament area with a starting stack of 60,000 remaining in his seat.

Kalfon Loses One

Niveau 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Idris Ambraisse raised to 1,000 and it was called by Franck Kalfon and the blinds.

The flop came {k-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and it checked to the big blind, who led out for 4,000. Only Kalfon called.

Both players checked on the {5-Clubs} turn as well as the {5-Spades} river, at which point Kalfon mucked his cards when his opponent revealed {k-Spades}{6-Clubs} for two pair.

Greenstein's Cowboys

Niveau 3 : 200/400, 400 ante
Barry Greenstein
Barry Greenstein

A player in the hijack raised to 1,000 and action folded to Barry Greenstein, who three-bet to 3,200 on the button. Action went back around to the hijack who four-bet to 8,600, which was followed by Greenstein five-betting to 26,000. The hijack thought about it for some time before calling for his entire stack and the cards were tabled.

Hijack: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Barry Greenstein: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

The flop of {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} brought the hijack additional outs in the form of a gutshot, but the {4-Clubs} turn and {2-Diamonds} river bricked to give Greenstein the elimination.

MacDonnell Finishes Off Goncalves

Niveau 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

There was a pot of around 20,000 with the board reading {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}. Marc MacDonnell and Mathieu Goncalves were heads-up once again and MacDonnell threw in a bet of 15,000 from the big blind. Goncalves quickly called off his stack of just under 15,000 and the cards were on their backs.

MacDonnell showed {a-Clubs}{k-Spades} which was dominating Goncalves' {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}. Goncalves held a straight draw but the {6-Clubs} on the river changed nothing as he was sent to the rail.

Three Streets Does it for Schemion

Niveau 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Ole Schemion raised from the small blind to 1,500 and the big blind defended.

Schemion continued for 1,200 on the flop {9-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and the big blind called to see the {4-Hearts} turn.

The big blind called again, this time 4,500 from Schemion and they saw the {k-Diamonds} river. Schemion sized up to 10,700 and that did the job as the big blind folded.
